    How to Make the East Indian Negroni

    • Place an ice sphere into a rocks glass
    • Pour 22.5 ml of Pedro Ximenez sherry, 22.5 ml of campari and 60 ml of white rum into a mixing glass
    • Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir
    • Strain into the rocks glass
    • Garnish with orange zest
