  • Pour 10 ml of lemon juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup and 37,5 ml of cognac into a shaker
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  • Strain into a chilled flute glass
  • Top up with champagne and stir gently
  • Garnish with long orange zest
