    How to Make the Cherry-infused rum

    • Fill a two-liter jar 3/4 of the way with frozen cherries, without tamping
    • Add 200 g of caster sugar and top up with white rum
    • Close the jar and leave for 1 week
    • The infusion is ready when cherries begin to float
