Fountain with Absinthe

  • One fountain is prepared for 6 servings of absinthe
  • Place mint leaves into the absinthe fountain and fill it to the top with ice cubes
  • Pour in 90 ml of lemon juice and 150 ml of sugar syrup
  • Top up with club soda and stir gently
  • Pour 30 ml of absinthe into a goblet glass
  • Place an absinthe spoon with cane sugar cube onto the goblet glass
  • Place the goblet glass under the valve and pour 150 ml of the cocktail from the fountain through the sugar cube
