Cocktail recipe Calipso
- Pour 10 ml of quail egg whites, 20 ml of lemon juice, and 15 ml of homemade tonka bean syrup into a shaker
- Add 5 ml of peach liqueur, 15 ml of Pimento Dram, and 50 ml of vodka
- Shake gently without ice
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
- Strain into a cocktail glass
- Garnish with 3 dashes of Angostura bitters and a violet flower
