Antonius Pius cocktail recipe

  • Fill a highball glass to the top with crushed ice
  • Pour 25 ml of quail egg white, 15 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of amaretto liqueur and 40 ml of cherry sambuca into a shaker
  • Add 1 bar spoon of caster sugar
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  • Strain into the highball glass
  • Top up with crushed ice
  • Garnish with two maraschino cherries and an orange wedge
