  • Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
  • Pour 25 ml of quail egg white, 30 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of bourbon into a shaker
  • Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
  • Give it a good dry shake
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
  • Strain into the rocks glass
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
