• Fill a sling glass to the top with crushed ice
• Place 30 finely chopped and pitted cherries, a cinnamon stick and 30 ml of honey into a milk pitcher
• Stew on low heat to get the same consistency
• Turn off heat, add 5 ml of amaretto liqueur, a lime leaf and stir gently
• Pour 75 ml of freshly made cherry syrup, 10 ml of lime juice and 50 ml of bourbon into the shaker
• Add 2 dashes of angostura bitters
• Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
• Strain into the sling glass
• Top up with crushed ice
• Garnish with a lime leaf, a blueberry, a blackberry, and a maraschino cherry
