Léon: the Professional cocktail recipe

  • Rim a red wine glass with sugar
  • Pour 60 ml of lemon juice, 5 ml of sugar syrup, 15 ml of maraschino liqueur, 15 ml of triple sec liqueur and 50 ml of cognac into a shaker
  • Add 1 dash of angostura bitters and 1 dash of orange bitters
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  • Strain into the chilled red wine glass
  • Garnish with lemon zest
