    How to Make the Brandy sour

    • Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
    • Pour 20 ml of quail egg whites, 15 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of sugar syrup and 40 ml of cognac into a shaker
    • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
    • Strain into the rocks glass
    • Garnish with a lemon wheel and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
