    How to Make the Geisha

    • Place a chopped half of apple into a shaker and muddle
    • Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of jasmine syrup, 15 ml of yellow apple liqueur and 40 ml of gin
    • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
    • Fine strain into a chilled sour glass
    • Garnish with a rose petal
