Ingredients
Dry red wine	150	ml
Tangerine	60	g
Rosemary	5	g
Honey	10	ml
Cinnamon sticks	5	g
cloves	3	g
Lemon zest	1	piece

Irish coffee glass	1	piece
Milk pitcher	1	piece
Bar spoon	1	piece
Zest knife	1	piece
Muddler	1	piece
Jigger	1	piece

Cocktail recipe Rosemary mulled wine

Place chopped zest of a tangerine half into a milk pitcher and muddle
Add the pulp of a tangerine half and muddle
Pour 10 ml of honey in 150 ml of dry red wine
Add lemon zest, two rosemary sprigs, a cinnamon stick and 3 cloves
Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
Pour into an irish coffee glass
Garnish with a tangerine wheel and a rosemary sprig
