Cocktail recipe Golden collins
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 5 egg quail egg yolks into a shaker
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the highball glass
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with lemon zest
