  • Place 10 ml of honey, 2 bar spoons of salted butter, and a pinch of ground cinnamon into a milk pitcher
  • Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 60 ml of apple juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup and 40 ml of dark rum
  • Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  • Fine strain into an irish coffee glass
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve with a lime half with cookies
