    How to Make the Grapefruit whisky sour

    • Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
    • Pour 25 ml of quail egg white, 30 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of scotch whisky into a shaker
    • Add 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters
    • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
    • Strain into the rocks glass
    • Garnish with an orange wedge
