How to Make the Ju Julep

  • Place 20 mint leaves into a copper mug
  • Fill the mug to the top with crushed ice
  • Pour in 10 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of rose syrup and 20 ml of peach liqueur
  • Add 40 ml of cognac and stir gently
  • Top up with crushed ice
  • Spray a little bit of rose water over the cocktail
  • Garnish with a rose petal and a mint sprig
