How to Make the Singapore Sling

  • Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
  • Pour 15 ml of lime juice, 120 ml of pineapple juice, 5 ml of grenadine syrup, 15 ml of cherry liqueur, 10 ml of triple sec liqueur, 10 ml of benedictine and 30 ml of gin into a shaker
  • Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  • Strain into the chilled sling glass
  • Garnish with a small pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
