Cosmopolitan Jelly

Cocktail recipe Cosmopolitan jelly

• Blend 6 bar spoons of cranberries and place the puree into a mixing glass
• Pour in 10 ml of lime juice, 5 ml of sugar syrup, 20 ml of triple sec liqueur and 40 ml of vodka
• Add a half of strawberry and 4 blackberries and stir gently
• Pour 1/3 of the pre-mixed drink into a milk pitcher and add 1/3 bar spoons of gelatine
• Stir and add rest of the cocktail
• Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
• Chill the drink and pour into a chilled champagne saucer
• Place the cocktail into a refrigerator to let the jelly solidify and serve it with a teaspoon
