  • One soda siphon is enough for about 4 highball glasses
  • Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  • Pour 45 ml of lemon juice, 25 ml of ginger root juice, 50 ml of sugar syrup, 650 ml of ginger beer and 200 ml of cognac into a soda syphon
  • Close the soda syphon and froth 3-4 times
  • Pour the cocktail from the soda syphon into the highball glass and garnish it with lemon zest
