Cocktail recipe Mulatto Daisy
- Pour 10 ml of galliano into a chilled champagne saucer
- Swish the sides of the champagne saucer with it and pour out
- Rim the glass with cocoa powder
- Place 1/2 bar spoon of fennel seeds and 1 bar spoon of caster sugar into a shaker
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice, 20 ml of dark cacao liqueur and 40 ml of white rum
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the champagne saucer
