How to Make the Manoa

  • Pour 20 ml of lime juice, 20 ml of grapefruit juice, 15 ml of homemade falernum syrup, 15 ml of passion fruit syrup, 10 ml of pimento dram liqueur, 45 ml of white rum and 30 ml of overproof rum into a shaker
  • Fill the shaker with crushed ice and shake
  • Pour together with ice into a tiki mug
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime half with a sugar cube soaked in absinthe
  • Set the sugar on fire and sprinkle it with ground cinnamon
