My Sister Daisy cocktail recipe

  • Take 8 mint leaves into one hand, clap with the other one and put to a shaker
  • Add 15 ml of quail egg white, 15 ml of orange juice, 20 ml of lime juice, 20 ml of sugar syrup, 30 ml of amaro and 30 ml of gin
  • Give it a good dry shake
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
  • Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  • Garnish with a star anise
