How to Make the Malt Gold
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 2 bar spoons of crushed cookie and 1 bar spoon of cocoa powder into a shaker
- Pour in 12,5 ml of raspberry syrup, 25 ml of white vermouth and 50 ml of scotch whisky
- Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with orange zest
