How to Make the Lucky Ticket
- Place an ice cube into a cocktail glass
- Place 3 small pineapple wedges into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 30 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of homemade fructose syrup and 50 ml of white rum
- Add 5 dashes of homemade cardamom bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled champagne saucer
- Garnish with a lime leaf and wrap the glass with kraft paper
