How to Make the Tamarita
- Rim a margarita glass with ground black and red pepper
- Pour 15 ml of lime juice, 25 ml of tamarind sauce, 25 ml of triple sec liqueur and 50 ml of silver tequila into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the chilled margarita glass
- Garnish with a lime wedge
