  • Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  • Pour 25 ml of quail egg white, 20 ml of grapefruit juice, 20 ml of cherry liqueur, 30 ml of silver tequila and 30 ml of scotch whisky into a shaker
  • Give it a good dry shake
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
  • Strain into the highball glass
  • Top up with champagne and stir gently
