Cocktail recipe Jubilee sour
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 25 ml of quail egg white, 10 ml of lime juice, 40 ml of pedro ximenez sherry and 15 ml of cognac into a shaker
- Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with orange and lemon zest
