Frozen strawberry

Large red berry that grows on small shrubs mostly in the US, Turkey, Spain, Egypt and Mexico. It contains sugar, pectin and tannin, ascorbic acid and others, anti-inflammatory ingredients. Snap freezing preserves the most useful properties. One scoop contains about 50 g of berries.
