    How to Make the Tea Cloud

    • Pour into a shaker 20 ml of lemon juice, 30 ml of apple juice, 30 ml of quail egg white and 10 ml of smoky earl grey syrup
    • Add 2 dashes of lemon bitters, 15 ml of green chartreuse and 45 ml of homemade lemon earl grey vodka
    • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
    • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
    • Garnish with a cucumber slice, lemon zest and thyme
