A strong Scottish spirit, producted from 100% barley malt from a single distillery. In the Lowlands, the southern part of the country, evenly- ground grains and large still pots are used, which makes the whiskey's taste lighter and relatively subtle. Auchenstoshan is a major distillery which uses a triple-distillation method unique to Scotland in all of their releases. The light, pure spirit is aged in bourbon oak casks. Over that time, it takes on an exceptional bouquet of aromas and taste which are distinguished by their softness and subtlety. Auchentoshan is a light whiskey with a delicate character, with noticeable fresh citrus and floral notes along with fruity and vanilla tones.
