How to Make the Jakarta Daiquiri
- Pour 25 ml of lime juice, 20 ml of sugar syrup, 5 ml of maraschino liqueur, 15 ml of white rum and 40 ml of batavia arrack into a shaker
- Add 2 dashes of peychaud's bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cup
- Garnish with 2 frozen cherries on a cocktail skewer
