  • Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  • Place 3 peeled and pitted lychees into a shaker and muddle
  • Pour in 90 ml of pineapple juice, 30 ml of strawberry liqueur and 60 ml of coconut liqueur
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  • Fine strain into the highball glass
  • Garnish with strawberry halves and a mint sprig
