  • Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  • Place a half of peeled, pitted and chopped avocado into a shaker and muddle
  • Pour in 25 ml of milk, 15 ml of agave syrup, 20 ml of benedictine and 40 ml of silver tequila
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  • Fine strain into the highball glass
  • Top up with club soda and stir gently
