Taiwan Tea-ni cocktail recipe

  • Pour 30 ml of lychee juice, 15 ml of machilus honey and 15 ml of gin into a teapot
  • Add 3 dried figs and 1 bar spoon of lotus oolong tea
  • Pour 60 ml of gin into another teapot and set it on fire
  • Pour the burning gin into the teapot with other ingredients
  • Stir gently and close the teapot
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and pour the contents of the teapot into it
  • Shake thoroughly
  • Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass
  • Garnish with dried figs
