Fino sherry

Spanish dry fortified wine produced by fermenting grapes of Palomino with the addition of special yeast. Matured for at least 12 months, the wine covered by a special film - flora, enriched with grape alcohol in stages. Matures in barrels under the protective film for at least 2 years.
