    Luke Whearty’s recipe, good for 1000ml: pour 1000ml of still water into a bag, then add 250g of cocoa and 1 vanilla bean. Squeeze the air out of the bag and let sit overnight at room temperature. Filter the liquid into a separate container and store in the refrigerator.
