Homemade whey soda with banana
Luke Whearty’s recipe, good for 1500ml: place 500g of peeled bananas, 500g of ricotta whey, and 250g of coconut honey into a plastic bag. Pour in 1500ml of still water and squeezer all the air out of the bag. Keep the bag at room temperature for 2-3 days. Then filter into a separate container. Store in the refrigerator.
