Homemade passionfruit syrup with coriander
Timo Janse's recipe sufficient for 1000 ml: bring 1000 ml of water to the boil, add 2000 g of sugar and the juice of 10 passionfruits. As soon as the sugar dissolves, add 15 g of coriander. Stir and put in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Take out of the refrigerator and filter twice into a bottle.
