Atsushi Suzuki’s recipe, good for 150 ml: mix 10 ml of sugar syrup, 20 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of almond milk, and 30 ml of coconut water. Add 20 g each of yogurt and fennel-mint rum and stir until uniform. Then filter the mixture into a separate container several times until it becomes clear.
