Charles Sazerac cocktail recipe

  • Place a cane sugar cube into a rocks glass
  • Soak it with 1 dash of angostura bitters and muddle
  • Pour 5 ml of absinthe, 60 ml of bourbon and 30 ml of aged cognac into the rocks glass
  • Add 5 dashes of peychaud's bitters
  • Place an ice cube into the glass and stir gently
  • Add 15 ml of still water
  • Garnish with orange zest
