How to Make the Ceviche Mary

  • Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  • Pour 15 ml of lemon juice, 150 ml of tomato juice, 20 ml of oyster sauce and 40 ml of pepper vodka into a shaker
  • Add 2 drops of red tabasco sauce, 3 drops of worcestershire sauce, a pinch of salt and ground black pepper
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  • Strain into the highball glass
  • Garnish with a coriander sprig
