Japanese whisky

Spirit of Japanese origin, created using Scottish technique and technology, using barley malt purchased from Scotland or America, after experimenting with various ways of distillation and combinations of yeast and grains. The resulting alcohol matured in oak barrels from 3 to 21 years.
