    Pineapple rum

    A strong alcohol made by macerating pineapple rind in three types of rum over the course of a week. The resulting liquid is then distilled. Dark rum is separately infused with tropical fruits for three months. The two liquids are then mixed and left to age in barrels for at least three months.
