| Grenadine syrup | 15 | ml |
| Lemon juice | 20 | ml |

| Dried pineapple | 5 | g |
| Ice cubes | 380 | g |

Cocktail recipe 12 miles out
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour into a shaker 20 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of grenadine syrup and 15 ml of triple sec liqueur
- Add 10 ml of rye whiskey and 40 ml of pineapple rum
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously
- Strain into the chilled glass
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and dried pineapple
