    Homemade beet vodka

    Andreas Bergman’s, recipe sufficient for 700 ml: add 300 g of chopped beets to 700 ml of vodka. Place the mixture into a bag, squeeze the air out with a vacuum sealer, and cook for 4 hours at 130,1°F. Place the bag in ice and chill. Filter the liquid into a separate bottle.
