Cocktail recipe Beets by Tjoget
- Juice 2 slices of ginger root
- Pour 5 ml of ginger juice, 20 ml of lemon juice, and 30 ml of coconut syrup into a shaker
- Add 2 dashes of homemade nutmeg bitters and 50 ml of homemade beet vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
