    Homemade miso syrup

    Yao Lu’s recipe, good for 150 ml: pour 100 ml of water into a saucepan, then add 100 g of red miso paste, 100 g of sugar, and 50 ml of honey. Heat while stirring until ingredients all dissolve. Let cool and filter into a bottle.
