Smoked Mulled Wine cocktail recipe

  • Pour 40 ml of lapsang souchong, 20 ml of cherry syrup and 110 ml of tawny port into a milk pitcher
  • Add 10 ml of honey, a pinch of ground cinnamon and 3 cloves
  • Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  • Fine strain into an irish coffee glass
  • Garnish with two green apple wedges
