    How to Make the Caribbean Touch

    • Remove the pineapple pulp using a pineapple slicer
    • Place 6 chopped pineapple wedges and a peeled kiwi half into a blender
    • Pour in 100 ml of grapefruit juice, 20 ml of sugar syrup, 50 ml of mango liqueur and 100 ml of white rum
    • Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
    • Pour into the pineapple
    • Garnish with orange and lime wedges, and a maraschino cherry with a cocktail umbrella
