How to Make the Mr. Priseman's

  • Place 6 bar spoons of apricot puree into a highball glass
  • Pour in 5 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup, 20 ml of oloroso sherry, 10 ml of amaro and 35 ml of butter-washed bourbon
  • Fill the highball glass with crushed ice
  • Give it a good swizzle
  • Top up with crushed ice
  • Garnish with dried apricots on a cocktail skewer and a cinnamon stick
  • Serve on a tray with lime zest, a cocktail skewer and cinnamon
